Refund policy
Custom rod sales are final. Each rod is built to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom builds.
Manufacturing Defects
If a rod arrives with a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported within 7 days.
Include photos of the packaging and the rod so we can file a claim and get a replacement started.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Breakage from use, accidents, or normal wear is handled case-by-case. A standard repair fee may apply.
